Unable to connect getting Server list empty error

Before doing any troubleshooting, make sure that you have an internet connection on your phone. Most of the time users are encountering this error because they are trying to connect without internet access. It is either their WiFi or Internet Data is off or they don't have any Internet data allocation on their phone. 

If an internet connection is available on your phone, follow the steps below to fix the issue: 

  1. Try Turning-Off your internet access then close the Unseen Online app
  2. Turn on internet access and reopen the app. 

Still, getting the error message? 

It is important to note that numerous issues encountered with most applications can be resolved by clearing the app's cache or data. Clearing the cache eliminates temporary files, whereas clearing the data will erase all of your preferences, including login information. To attempt to address this concern, kindly follow these instructions:

Important reminder before doing these steps make sure you saved your login code, Thanks! 

  1. Press your device's Menu button | select Settings (or System Settings).
  2. Tap Application Manager (or Apps).
  3. Tap the app Unseen Online icon.
  4. Tap Clear Cache/Clear Data
  5. Reboot/Restart your device and launch Unseen Online again.

Please be aware that clearing the app's data will delete any personalized options and configurations you have set. Essentially, this action is equivalent to uninstalling and reinstalling the application. If you are still encountering difficulties after performing this step, kindly proceed to the next available troubleshooting solution.

No Luck? please try the last option. 

  1. Uninstall and reinstall the app
  2. Make sure you're using the latest version of the app 
  3. If the issue still occurs please contact us at Support@unseen.online or send us a bug report by clicking the 3 lines at the upper left corner and then select "Send Bug report"

If you have reinstalled Unseen Online on your Android device and are still unable to connect to a server, please follow these steps:

  1. Change your WiFi settings by going to Settings > Wi-Fi > Advanced > uncheck "Avoid poor connection." Please note that this option may not be available on all devices.
  2. Turn off your device's battery saver by opening Quick Settings or your Settings app, tapping "Battery," selecting "Battery saver," and turning the switch OFF.
  3. Disable Smart network switch by going to Settings > Wi-Fi > uncheck "Smart network switch," then attempt to connect. Note that this option may not be available on all devices.
  4. Try connecting to another network, such as your mobile data network or another Wi-Fi network, if you were previously connected to Wi-Fi.
  5. Finally, open Unseen Online and turn on the protection.
